Came here Sunday morning, it was not that busy but people were trickling in. Maybe only one person working in the back as it took a bit for our order. However, it was worth the wait. Got 2 breakfast sandwiches, the first one was with the guacamole and American cheese, it was good especially with the jalapeños but it needed cream cheese. While it's called Big Apple these are not New York style bagels. They are too soft and more like plain bread. Don't get the cream cheese, it is Aldi brand and is bland. The service is good and if you like soft bagels, you can get them here.

Best service ever! What an awesome and friendly environment! They were supposed to close at 2, but insisted on making our bagels so we don’t leave empty handed. Very happy as my friends and I love their sandwiches!!
