Been to this store twice this month....I request my sandwiches cut in half because I'm on my way to work & they're easier to eat at work than uncut - the person behind the counter (Large built, colored hair) 1) barely acknowledges me 2) never tells the kitchen to cut my sandwiches, she doesn't tell me that she threw a plastic knife in the bag 3) keeps her back to me and tosses my bag on the counter - no receipt at purchase, and I'm left saying to myself "well that's just rude...read full review
There was an extremely big error regarding my order at Arby's. However, leadership from Store Management up took swift action and handled my situation. I'm confident they are focused on continuous improvement to avoid these situations going forward.I am once again a satisfied customer and look forward to continuing to support this store.
