I really can't blame the help with all the insulting ways to the people that continue to go there..went after work at 10 pm to a very dark no lighted parking area anywhere!! Very scarey! Went up to the window and the only lights were inside! How uninviting! Ordered a dbl cheeseburger..came home with a spicy chicken..went back up because we live close and I was hungary!! Showed it to them..they apologized and I came home with a single cheeseburger..Who owns this place? WHY would...read full review

Wendy's food was good, fresh, and hot. Service was kinda on the rude side. Went to the other side for a coffee from Tim Hortons and the staff there was even ruder. Sucks about I had been on a plane since 5am and just got into town around 7pm.

Food was just ok, and I get it - It's fast food, I don't expect it to be amazing (but still don't like pulling off soggy brown lettuce). Last few visits, it seems like the store doesn't hire enough workers to handle order volume. Often you're waiting a very long time for service, and commonly get an incorrect / missing item, which was my experience today. Didn't get a receipt either.
