Absolutely awful experience. Staff was rude and extremely unprofessional. I was actually denied service because "they were too busy, and the cashier was on break". What a total joke.
Just horrible. I'm not an impatient person, not even when the young lady apologized for giving my order away to someone else. We're human and mistakes happen. However, when I'm told ten minutes and I see people coming in well after myself getting their orders and I have to remind you that you said my order would be ready in 10 minutes 25 minutes ago, my patience can wear thin. Not only did she at that moment give me cold fries, she didn't even say have a nice day or apologize...read full review
