We had my brother's 40th birthday party there and it was truly lovely. Great atmosphere. Pete, one of the owners, was very attentive along with our server JV. They made the overall experience very pleasurable.
If I could give this hotel a 2.5 star rating I would. There's more to like than to dislike about this hotel: location, value, comfort level. My stay at this IHG property didn't get off to a good start. My wife and I checked in on a very busy early Fall Saturday afternoon. Check-in process was efficient, and we jumped in the elevator to the eighth floor to room #824 where we used the electronic room key to open the door only to find this room was occupied.WHOOPS! No where near what I wsa expecting. New owners supposedly. Scale back menu. Waiter was coll but the food and appetizers were brought to us at the same time. Not the usual way things are down. I want rant too much because I know the food service market is short-staffed. Update the website and that would be a good start.
