The only real problem with BASH is that it's so small. The restaurant can probably hold 30 people, so making reservations is a MUST! The food and service was excellent. We went for my daughter's birthday and were not disappointed. The Kimchi potatoes were so good, crust on the outside and hot and soft on the inside and the sauce has a little bit of heat, but not overpowering. I would personally like to thank the manager Brandon due to his professionalism and knowledge foods that would ignite allergies. The food was great. The atmosphere was good. I did not like the octopus balls but the sushi was amazing. The matcha sweetened was perfect. It was simply cold on the floor so dress warm if it's during the winter.

I really enjoyed my appetizers, the Spicy Tofu Bites and the Pork Gyoza. Each was full of distinct flavors, with great textures too. My college age freshman also enjoyed the giant bowl of Mushroom Miso Ramen. This experience for a quick lunch was exceptional. The accommodations were stylish and comfortable sans the cold air duct making me a bit cold over the table we sat at. The staff was kind and gave us time to look at the varying menu. An overall wonderful meal.
