After returning to Detroit from the vibrant streets of Mexico, where the sun always shines, I found solace in the comforting embrace of El Brazon. I would definitely come back for the food, but then again, I knew the food would be good because this is the sister restaurant to La Noria Bistro, which I fancy quite a bit. The two restaurants share some menu items, and while I like the ambience a little more at La Noria, I enjoyed my experience at El Barzon.As far as for goes, I recommend the chorizo and cheese appetizer to eat with the complimentary chips. They have a huge menu - so you should find something for you. All food was excellent. Presentation was excellent. There were 6 of us and everybody was happy with their meal. A large group came in and it was super noisy after that. Service was good. A little in the pricey side - so prepare for that. But we loved it and I would recommend and we will return.
