Outstanding food, great service, extremely cozy (maybe 2 dozen seats?). Started with a variety of oysters (the housemade kimchi was excellent), followed by tinned tuna belly with their housemade briny jardiniere, ending with maybe the best lobster roll I've ever had (no mayo, some chili oil heat) and perfectly prepared broccolini. Mink was absolutely phenomenal, from the food to the service to the wine. We got the tasting menu and added on the option beverage pairing and a tinned fish and came out stuffed! The dishes were well rounded and wine paired perfectly with each course. They were also very attentive to any food allergies and the chef paid careful attention to prepping each dish with this in mind.
