Wood fired mesquite grilled chicken southwest style! Pickled onion is a nice twist to replace the standard jalapeno. Great heat on the pickled onion, red sauce good and standard. Rice also good, beans are cowboy style good flavor. Nice change from the usual smashed refried at most other places. I got chicken but they offer meat options. Very authentic, with reasonable prices. Good service..
If you're hungry for a good home-cooked bbq (grilled) meal then you have to stop here. Its a non-descript place. I don't even recall a sign being out in front. However, you're at the right place when you see the smoke coming from the grill withthe best aroma. Very simple menu. Whole or half chicken dinners with rice & beans & a few other items. It was great. Couldn't eat all the meal in one sitting...it was so much. Definitely try when in the area!

As I drove up to Pollos Los Gallos I saw a column of smoking rising from the grills on the side of the building. I was a bit confused since this was my first time visiting and the building was completely bereft of any signage. But as the other reviews say, just follow your nose! I walked into to the grill area, where the cook, who was busy slathering chicken on the grill with a red sauce, directed me inside through the nondescript door on the front of the building.
