“My goto Timmy's since it was built. Once when they first opened up I had a issue and the store owner/manager reached out personally and took care of the issue. Since then I haven't had any issues at all. The only problem is that you are in line for awhile with the drive thru (shows how good it is) but it's worth the wait.“
“I love this Tim's. It's no where near where I live so I only go there on Fridays when I'm picking up payroll for work. I drive 20 minutes and bypass several other Tim's so I can visit this one on Fridays. The staff is beyond friendly. You walk in and every race and walk of life is in there. Doesn't matter, white, black, yellow, rich, poor, in between. You will be hated with a smiling face, the entire mixed staff works together like a fine tuned machine. I leave this place on Fridays with the though that there just may be hope for humanity yet. This place is such a perfect example of how everyone should treat each other. I know this review is a little deep, but I honestly love the feeling I have when I walk out of this place. Spent 28 years in food service so I know what I'm talking about. Whoever runs this place is simply doing a great job.“
“This review is for Rick. I give him 5 stars for his professioinal attitude, Knowledge of how a business should be run and just for being friendly. This person definitely needs a raise or promotion. but then he would still have the problem of dealing with a staff that has a long way to go in terms of customer relations. Example, I asked for Oatmeal and the cashier asked the lady standing next to the oatmeal if we had any; without even looking she just said no. Dead pan expression not friendly. Luckily Rick was there and got my oatmeal. Most of the workers in the store have a dead pan expression on their face. Very slow, not friendly. Does it really hurt to smile and remember a persons name if they are spending money 2 or 3 times a week? Carl“
