“Hands down my favorite subway to go to. This wasn't always the case, but you can tell the new manager really cares about to store and the customers. My sandwiches are always fresh, the store is always clean, and there's always a smiling face with a kind word ready to help! I'll never go to another subway“
“Came in during a small rush. My children was being...well kids. I was annoyed to say the least but Corey (Hope I spelled his name right) was very nice an was extremely patient with all 5 of us even when my GF changed her order a little b4 it all started. Was very professional the whole time with us. I felt bad about not leaving a bigger tip due to my budget so I decided to leave a gr8 review because how professional he was with us. Fast an efficient worker. Needs a raise if he hasn't gotten one already. “The sandwiches I ordered were made "freaky fast". The employee at the counter made the suggestion of ordering my daughter the smaller size sandwich (smaller than the 6") which I appreciated.The food was good. Kind of sloppily constructed, but I was able to fix that in the car so that I could eat while driving without it being too messy.This is the 3rd JJ's location I've been to in the past month. It ranks 2/3 (Kalamazoo being 1/3 and Portage, MI being 3/3). Will return, as this location is convenient!“

“I ate an unhealthy amount of jimmy johns last year. I was eating a sandwich at least twice, sometimes three times a week. Definitely was way too easy to stop in on my way home from class. They aren’t the fastest jimmy johns I have been to, but they are far from being the slowest. I’d give them a solid B tier. We also got delivery from them all the time and they got the order right almost every time. One time my roommate ordered a sandwich and they forgot to put lettuce in it which I found hilarious.“
“Addendum:I called the location this afternoon & spoke with a manager - they were super polite, even though I had been pretty rude last night. They said this does happen more frequently when it's a non-JJ employee doing the delivery, which is more understandable. Manager had 3 different solutions that they offered for me and followed through quickly.Original Review:Ordered online, an hour later nothing here. I called the store, they said Uber Eats picked it up so they won't do anything about it. I'm not able to contact Uber, and the number they (Uber) sent me to contact the driver was a dead line. Literally just stole my money and food. HOW CAN YOU NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT?“

“Potbelly Sandwich Shop is always our go to for delicious sandwiches, sides, and desserts! We were delighted to discover that while traveling this location also offered friendly professional service and went above and beyond to accommodate our food allergies. They used a new / clean cutting board, a new cutting knife, & changed their gloves to ensure no cross contamination while making our sandwiches. The bread is soft yet toasty and the meats are not salty, the veggies fresh, the cookies soft! You will not be disappointed with their foods! We will be returning to Potbelly's. Thank you Potbelly for the wonderful service and food! Thank you for caring about people with food allergies and providing safe accommodations !“
