The lady taking the order kept confusing the order when she repeated it back and then became so frustrated that she gave us free food which still was NOT what was ordered. Her strength is not the drive thru.
This arbys on Pierson rd is my favorite that manager there (not sure his name, but he was there today 9/27/23) is by far the nicest man I've encountered at any Arby's and he needs a HUGE SHOUT-OUT for his amazing people skills so very nice!!!
