Ordered pizza online and my son waited more than 20 minutes and still no pizza. I called and at first they wouldn't answer the phone. When they finally answered they left me on hold for more than 10 minutes and then disconnectedthe call. DON'T EVERY GO TO THIS LOCATION! STAFF DON'T CARE!!! MANAGER DON'T CARE!!!!! ABSOLUTELY SERVICE EVER!!!!!???
Every time I call to place an order I am immediately put on hold..the last time was for over 15 minutes. So i decided to drive there and when I got there to order in person they we not busy at all. I swear they just put you on hold so they dont have to work. The guy working was just standing in the back playing on his phone. You guys need a new manager that will actually run this place before it goes under.

It's a Little Caesars. So far my order have been decent. Which is the main condition for a 5 star from this place. They obviously aren't a high class pizza joint, but it's affordable and taste decent. Staff has been polite also.
