Manager here is rude as hell. Mobile ordered like we usually do for an inside pick up. As we were walking in, the manager rudely “shooed” us out of the store because she “doesn’t have the staff to keep the lobby open.” Go to the drive thru and we were told the order wasn’t there. She wouldn’t look at the receipt email, wouldn’t let us talk, and we had to leave without food, without a refund, and without the points used for the order. The dining room is disgusting the floor is very dirty. Smells like they used an old mop. Would never eat here again. The drink station was very sticky. I’m never coming back here again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Stopped to grab a bite for lunch walked into the bathroom to use the facilities and wash my hands there was so much dirt bodily fluids and pubic hair around the back of the toilet it looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks I ended up driving 7 miles up the road to McDonald's in Grand Blanc much cleaner establishment by far
