I have never had such great friendly service at a fast food restaurant. Both the one who took the order and the one working at the window were phenomenal! The food was great!! We have never been to a Popeye's before, but we will be back.
After waiting at the window for a while (it happens even though we were the only ones there at that point) a girl came on and we ordered our first combo and immediately she said pull forward and gave us a hassle of preserving our second combo. We get up to the window and just looking inside, not hair nets, no gloves, and once again just rude. I have tried this place three times over the past year and a half and it is always this same experience. Just not worth it in any capacity....read full review

Wow! This place has gone downhill. Waited almost an hour in line to get my order in. Nobody in the lobby. When I finally reached the front to pay I realized why it took so long. The cashier would take your order then get on his phone while your order was being made. No efficiency and the place looked filthy. So sad. Been craving Popeyes and this has been the experience lately.
