Their mobile orders don't print so half the time your order isn't started until you go in and tell them which defeats the point of preordering! Front desk person was rude and slow, biscuits was harder than a rock and could be used as a weapon, mashed potatoes was lumpy and then the lady decided not to tell me they didn't have mac and cheese ready and just gave me red beans and rice which Mac is an up charge!
The chicken and fries all tasted the same. Like grease... I guess I expected the chicken to be more seasoned but all I could taste was grease it was disappointing. Would be good hangover food I guess.

I pull into the line at 6:58pm didn't get help till 7:45 received my food at 8:15 for a 3 peice combo. And this is the normal. A lady ran out of gas waiting to be served and it was just 3 cars in the line . I don't know who owns this but the only reason u still in business cause you the only chicken spot other than KFC on the Northside.
