I had an online order and well they didn’t give me my chalupa, when i called it took a half hour for someone to answer. The man that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional he hung up on me twice telling me to stop calling and one time he was just breathing heavy and then hung up. Just be careful in the parking lot and drive through. Some crazies live close and you never know if they will bother you or not.Vegetarian options: You can always replace meat for beans with no problem.

They always are kind and don't get annoyed with my special requests. I can't eat spicy and they always get it right or if they don't they will make it right with you. This is really the only taco bell I go to. Thank you and keep up the great customer service and
