Honestly, their process of checking in for Thanksgiving day was quite efficient. They divided people into different halls, which made it a lot more personal and reasonable when waiting in line for the buffet. Their staff was super friendly and attentive, plus the manager (or owner) came table to table and even chatted up the kids. We used the hall for a baby shower. The staff were helpful from booking to planning. On event day they were ready to go the service during the event was amazing and after for clean up. Overall this was an amazing venue for wedding, baby shower, work, any event. Will utilize in the future as well.
