I just read a review by someone who I'm assuming is not Polish,First, the dough made here is the closest to home made by any others that I've had. I am Polish and have had every one out there available. Kept passing by on my way home from Costco and the bright red Pierogies written on the wall lured me in! I haven’t tried the bacon and cheese ones yet but the jalapeño and cheese were quite tasty. I am no pierogi expert, but having lived in metro Detroit for 40 years and having visited Hamtramack a few times I feel like I can taste a quality dumpling.
