“This little sandwich shop is everything I hope to find when I stumble upon a new place to eat. The food is great, friendly service, and absolutely nothing pretentious about it. It’s just a tiny place that makes sandwiches, and the do a great job of it. Hopefully the community and surrounding communities will keep this place going for a long time.”

“We are new to the area and always love to visit local restaurants. Stopped in just after 5:00. There were only a few others eating, but quite a few more arrived during our dining time. I eagerly ordered the pot roast and it was "just like home" delicious! I took at least half home. We will definitely be back! Oh, and our server was sweet and friendly!”

“The waitress was very friendly, and the food was good the only complaint I have is there was four of us and our food didn't come out at the same time. My husband and my food came out about 15 minutes after our friends. I'm not sure what happened it was crazy busy or anything. The food was still hot and very good.”

“As I first strolled into the Goodrich Subway on a particulartly dreary afternoon, my expectations for the experience to come was minimal. Myself being a connoisseur to sandwich shops and delis across the area, I have been treated to the best of the best, the top rye shall we say; and to expect much from this corporatized perversion of what I held dearest to me seemed a laughable notion. Hahaha what a fool I was! Not a second after I open the door to this establishment am I greeted with the hearty aroma of freshly baked bread and a variety of herbs. It is then that I am welcomed by the divine voice of a particularly handsome sandwich artist "Can I help you?" he whispers in my ear as I approach the sub station. My heart begins to race as I begin to imagine the sandwich possibilites. So many options at such a modest price it was almost to much to comprehend. I sensually reply "footlong... Italian BMT" feeling confident with my selection. As I anticipate the bold flavor soon to come, I adorn a broad grin across my face. Still grinning I am finally met with a heavenly creation of a sandwich. The bread was heated to a perfect 295 degrees and the meat to vegetable ratio was flawless. Unprepared for this creation I could not help but to sweat and shake violently... still maintaing my grin, the visual was enough to scare a number of passer-bys who were not cultured enough to fathom such a sub. Only Moments later I dropped the sub due to my sweaty palms so naturally I began to aggressively eat the sandwich off the floor without regret. The taste was of pure bliss and that was just the tile. Upon leaving I hoped to live the rest of my life the way I did those last five minutes. 10/10 would recommend”

“They have a small patio area in the back that has been covered for the winter. Someone opened the glass garage door and our legs got super cold I asked the server if they could close it as it was becoming very uncomfortable, He did. The food was a little slow and was not very impressive. I kept eating thinking i could have made this they had a good selection of beer the one I wanted on draft was not available but they had it in a can. The guy we had seemed new definitely not holding that against him everyone has to start somewhere he was kind and provided good beer suggestions he was inventive and did well. It had good music and the atmosphere was nice. The sudden coldness was upsetting but might try it again in the summer”

“Ordered online, food was done in a timely manner for pickup. First time eating here and it looked like there was only one person working. But the one working was doing the dang thang because the food slapped in the best way. I got the shrimp sizzle bowl and my husband got the Korean sizzle bowl. Both very good and the food didn't seem all that heavy either which is nice. Would go again if we didn't live so far. Anyway if you happen to be around this place, I would stop in for sure. : )”

“We love Cooks Dairy and try to visit once or twice a year at least, usually at random when we're in the area. Best ice cream around! I've been going since I was a kid, and now, my girls and I go together. We love seeing and petting the cows, especially the babies, in the springtime. Definitely recommend paying this cute little dairy farm a visit ”

“came here for the first time and it was definitely a great choice. the food smelled, looked, and tasted like perfection. will visit at night next time to see some live entertainment. decorated for Halloween and great music, really nice people. food was super quick to get out to us. the only singular downside I had was a hard time finding the place, I would suggest maybe adding some big signs to find it easier. other than that, well worth the money and time spent here.”

“If you're hungry and anywhere near this place, just go. Outstanding NY style deli. The best stacked sammies outside of Brooklyn you'll find anywhere. Breakfast also outstanding, with giant, tasty breakfast burritos, pancakes that hang over the edge of the plate,...I could go on but you get the picture. Fabulous and fast service, great tasting food. I'm picky but I can't find anything to ding these guys on. Loved it so much we came back the next day.”

I have NEVER met a more committed team or individuals who take such immense pride in what they do! They put their heart and souls into this business and it shows! It is evident in the way the owners take the time to say hello when they walk by and thank us for our patronage.... It shows when I learn about how they make and the effort and passion for the end product and their willingness to share how it's done... It shows when we sit down and are greeted with hey guys welcome back!.... It shows when mistakes happen Kitty.... we as consumers ask for something to be fixed, remade, or simply addressed ... And it shows that this establishment and it's fleet of employees care, because all we have ever heard since they have opened, in the rare situations that there is a concern.... Is oh I'm sorry let me fix, replace or remake this for you with a smile and sincerity.... So yeah I suppose it's possible that cork showed up in your wine glass from the "tap" that it is poured from.... And there was a smudge on your glass Kitty... but I can attest that it was either not communicated to the team ... Or.... An opportunity to allow the team to make it right was not given! Kitty, this stuff is gonna happen anywhere you go... if you are looking for perfection go and talk to God.... Otherwise cut people some slack and give them some grace!Keep doing what y'all are doing Battle Alley!
