“Been to this location a couple times, service has always been pretty decent. Today we went for breakfast and it came out way over cooked, sent it back and then it came out completely wrong. The general manager by the name of Bill and our server by the name of Abby were very great, they didn’t hesitate on making it right. After we cashed out Bill brought over a gift card to us and told us please don’t give up on us. I will say that is some awesome customer service, we will be back tomorrow morning to give them the shot again.“
“Went around 4:45pm on a Friday with no wait! Fantastic food, my party got the Wagyu Tenderloin, the burger, and potato nachos. All fantastic. The steak was DELISH. Our server was awesome! Great friendly atmosphereThe only small downside I personally had was I was seated at a table by the bar but there was two customers standing right behind me, so staff and other customers were squeezing behind me constantly. The drinking customers standing behind me were soooo loud, I couldnt really hear anyone at my table. Might be nice to seat the standing drinking customers to assist in helping others enjoy their meal at tables.“
“I was seated at the bar and the bartenders (Catherine and Jennifer) were so wonderful! They were both very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They were pleasant to chat with and made sure I was never without a drink! Excellent work, I'm very pleased!“
“After checking with nine different restaurants in Grand Rapids, and told there was no room we were greeted very kindly at little Bird, where we were served an amazing meal. All of the staff was so friendly. The atmosphere was amazing. We will definitely be coming back.“
“Great pub! Brought the family out for lunch, and of course a cold beer to go with it. We started with the spinach dip, which was very good. My dish was the nachos which were amazing and full of flavor! My wife had the Cuban, that sandwich was huge! Overall we were very pleased with our lunch - we will be back!“
“We had a lovely time! We were a party of three but you can still do the tasting menu for two, we just ordered a few extra items as well. It was all so delicious!! We loved every dish. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind and on top of it as well. The menu isn’t marked gluten free but they knew which items could be made gluten free, and it was most of them! They brought the gluten items on the side for my friends, but I didn’t feel like I was missing out. You should definitely get a cocktail, they were all so good! They have a list of mocktails as well.Dietary restrictions: The menu isn’t marked gluten free but they knew which items could be made gluten free, and it was most of them! They brought the gluten items on the side for my friends, but I didn’t feel like I was missing out.“
“The best breakfast I've had in a very long time reminded me of my grandma's. We also went back for lunch because we heard they had the best burgers. My husband tried the olive burger and was very happy with it, and my cheeseburger was very good. Chili was yummy, too! It's very small but cozy and staff was great! Highly recommended checking out!“
“Absolutely obsessed with this place. Everything is 100% gluten-free, and they have all the good stuff I never get to have! Onion rings, mozzarella sticks, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, wraps, and even soups, salads and mac n cheese. They also have a decent selection of vegetarian, vegan, and dairy-free items, and a handful of packaged baked goods. The only thing I don't absolutely love is that their location is a little out of the way, but it's worth the detour.Dietary restrictions: Completely Gluten-FreeKid-friendliness: Kids Menu“
“I love coming here when I get the chance to! The food is spectacular. The tater tots and their cheeseburger are amazing itself! The service is amazing as always when I'm there. The times that's I've been at Big E's it's never been super busy, so the environment is tolerable.“
“Everything was delicious! The hash balls were crispy and left you craving another full plate. The sweet aloha was the perfect blend of flavors balancing sweet and savory. I’ve had better falafels sandwiches that had hummus and more sauce, but the falafels themselves were great!“
“We had a small dinner reception in the Elevated Room at Divani on our wedding day in September, and were absolutely blown away! The food, the service, the atmosphere - everything was 5 star. Every single person we encountered was so kind and accommodating. Wendy was also an absolute DREAM to work with. I went back and forth with Wendy for about a year while planning our wedding. Celebrating here was the perfect ending to a perfect day, and we cannot thank you all enough!“
“Took a couple grandkids here to spend a rainy afternoon together….Chris and his staff were wonderful! Helped us get set up, and checked in just often enough to make sure we had what we needed. Great atmosphere….clean, comfortable and friendly.“
“Always good food.Dietary restrictions: Great chance of cross contamination of gluten. I stick to meat and a vegetable.Parking: There was enough parking to handle the lunch crowd, which mostly buys to go.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible wheelchair ramp. Building may be a tight fit, though. Very small space.“
“We had breakfast here on a busy Saturday morning. The wait time was decent and the food was pretty good. The wait staff was very good as well. I loved the cinnamon roll. I can’t say I would go back due to how dirty and dingy it was, the place really needs a deep clean and maybe some new flooring or a steaming. I’m a maybe on returning.“
“We went to the Brewery Vivant for the 1st time this past Saturday night 2/17/24. The food was very good. One of children was not fond of the taste of the kids Mac N’ Cheese (but that was a personal preference). My husband added some meat to it from the sandwich he ordered and our daughter liked the Mac N’ cheese after that. The only real issue we had was the size of the food items our girls received, compared to the price. $11 for a kids cheese burger which is the size of a small slider. For $11 it would be nice to get a bigger sized burger. $8 for kids Mac n cheese it would’ve been nice to have a little bigger portion of that also. Other then that the food was great and staff is nice and friendly and we will definitely come back to eat again.“
“This is a wonderful gem! They offer great home comfort food with an unexpected twist. The Mac and Cheese (doesn’t matter the kind) is always my go to!They have a wide variety of root beer, and offer even their own root beer (really neat and different). This is one of the few restaurants I recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to grab some food or to try something new.Dietary restrictions: Peanut, tree nut, gluten, vegan, wheat, soy, dairy, shellfish, seafood“
“Came to the comic shop, but had to stop in the Eastern Deli cause it smelled so dang good! We we're not disappointed. Had the chicken gyro with fries and wished a had ordered double. The staff are super friendly and make you feel completely at home. Big recommend!“
“Tried this place for the first time and I wish I would’ve come here sooner. Everything we got was amazing. The cocktails were delicious, and we split a crunch wrap with their homemade chips which was a 10/10. I highly recommend the vanilla cheesecake for dessert. The service was great and I’ll definitely be back!“
“Everyone knows what a Beer Flight is, but a Pizza Flight?? Yes please, take my $$$!The beer is always outstanding here, but honestly it's the pizza flight that brings me back over and over again. The fact I can pick 6 different kinds of pizza and not have to settle for one flavor is the best thing ever.I personally think my favorite is the Coney Dog pizza. Why is this not common everywhere. Outstanding! Can't wait for my next trip to Grand Rapids.“
“Fun restaurant with a great atmosphere. Went for a family dinner before an event in gr. Highly recommend. For the owners I would recommend including the kids menu online. We almost didn't come as we were not sure our kids would have an option they would enjoy too. I was pleasantly surprised by the kids menu.Kid-friendliness: My kids had a wonderful time with zero proof umbrella drinks and wonderful kids menu. While this is a little pricier place it is great for a special night out.“
“Went to Grand Rapids recently to visit family and sometimes after two and a half days of driving your old Camry from ‘09, you just NEED a good burger. Something primal you can’t quite explain. Avery delivered a 5 star burger with 5 star service and made my experience at Bagger Dave’s transcendental, to say the least. If I’m in the area, I WILL be coming back! ?“
“We came here because of bad service at another place. What a difference! Great service and good food. They saved the day, so we could give our friend a proper send off. They have live entertainment as well. Gipper's is worth it, try it sometime.“

“Lauren was amazing. Plan enough time for whatever you are doing, they are busy. We ordered the Root Vegetable Hash and the Avocado Toast.Avocado Toast..first off let's not call it that. It is deconstructed toast and unflavorful guacamole. It was so bad I didn't eat it.Hash..somehow that didn't even make it to our table. When they did bring it out it was so charred that it ruined the taste of the veggies. Bummer because we make something similar to this at home and wanted to compare.Saving grace was their Lucy potatoes. Very yummy.“
“This place has become a staple for my husband and I since stumbling upon it a few months ago. The food is great, the atmosphere is perfect, and the service has always been top notch! If you're looking for a great casual dining experience with very reasonable prices and delicious food - this is it!“
“Totally excellent experience! The food was absolutely gorgeous and delicious. I loved the tasting menu concept - and since wife and I were there with brother and sister-in-law, we were able to do something we had always wanted to do in a fine dining restaurant: we ordered one of everything on the menu! So glad we were able to try each dish and share them, because there was not a single loser in the bunch. I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough, but good luck getting a reservation, because I'm taking the next open slot!“
“Every time I go here, the food is amazing. I've had burgers, the chicken sandwich, the butternut hash (which I think is a favorite of mine now--I think it's a brunch item, but it would honestly be a great staple item on the menu), and other dishes I can't remember. The ambiance is beautiful and welcoming, and the servers I've had have always been great. Love it. Definitely a favorite.Vegetarian options: Butternut hash is amazing!!“
“Some of the best sandwiches around. All named after famous people, looking at the menu is half the fun. SO many options. Something for everyone, assuming everyone likes sandwiches.Parking: Parking is paid street parking unless its after 6 or the weekend.“
“Nice cafe/diner that was very busy. The food was good. I had the Northland Scramble, and the only disappointment was that I did not taste the green onion. Added a little salt and pepper, and it was good! Others in our group got omelets, waffles, and Eggs Benedict, and enjoyed them. Our server was very nice, but very busy. We had a large party (9), so it is somewhat understandable, but it took almost 30 minutes to get our food order in after we were seated. We had only a 5-10 minute wait to get seated. Ambience is typical of a diner. Very popular with the locals. Parking in rear.“
“Delicious food, huge portions, and amazing customer service. Even though my DoorDasher completely delivered the wrong order, they offered to remake it for me. My family and I have tried many of their variety of potatoes and have yet to be disappointed. Super solid people all around. 12/10.“
“I had the best bacon ever, my husband had andouille sausage and really loved it. The taste is just incredible. The atmosphere is so nice and Jamie our waitress was uniquely impressive and passionate with her service and recommendations. I can’t recommend this place enough.“
“The best place to eat in town! The kale Caesar with salmon is excellent. Jake at the bar knows how to make a great drink. We've tried so many other dishes here and we keep coming back because the space is great, such a chill atmosphere. The food is even better and so are the drinks.“
“My partner and I had reservations on Saturday night, and we had the pleasure of having Carlos as our server. He was very informed and made great suggestions on the food menu and wine pairings to match. We started with Sea Food Hushpuppies which were on special and they were fantastic. We were suggested the Salmon (which was cooked perfectly) and Bison Short Rib, don’t even get me started on little potato cake.I was not only very impressed by the service but the experience as a whole, the hostesses were so polite. One thing I always pay attention to when I’m dining is making sure my table is clear between courses and Carlos made sure everything was taken away and refreshed our settings. Waters were never even half way empty and everything was timed perfectly. I would highly recommend giving this spot a visit. If possible ask for Carlos, tell him Tim sent you!“
“almost everything was perfect except for the matcha. bc of the sign in the cafe area saying “rishi teas” i was hoping the matcha listed right under it would be rishi. unfortunately it was not and it was probably the lowest quality matcha i’ve had. i’d choose starbucks matcha over this one and that’s saying something.autumn was fantastic, gave a lot of recommendations. quick service and was so soooo friendly to us! we’ll def come back to see her but order a different drink next time.“
“This was the second time I've been here. My partner introduced me to this place and I haven't been disappointed, yet. We stopped here for dinner after a ski lesson at Cannonsburg as we were famished. Even though it was busy we were seated immediately since it was just the two of us - right by the fire. It was a great spot after our ski lesson. We ordered a build-your-own vegan pizza that was pretty amazing. Our waitress was quick and attentive.“
“Can you say KARAOKE!!! Yea... bcuz THIS is where you want to take your shower voice and let it loose THREE days out of the week!!! Dont even think about how you sound, bcuz once you grab that microphone the crowd is going to cheer you on as if you were the actual artist!!! If you are thinking of a fun group night out. Its definitely spacious enough for the whole entourage. A really good time every time!“
“Mood times 1000. Will be back for sure. Food was delicious and we should have shared there was so much. We missed the pic of the food. We did the two alcohol free cocktails, meatloaf and fish and chips. All was fantastic, the only thing better was the atmosphere. So glad we stumbled upon “
“My favorite time to visit is during the Summer when the beach and outdoor tables are open. They bring in live palm trees, very tall, from Florida . They have live bands often and tiki torches. It’s a great experience to sit in the sun, look out over the lake and take in the sunset with my love… not to mention forget your in Michigan lolParking: During the summertime the parking lot fills up fast. They have staff attendants directing cars to a back parking lot as well.“
“Stayed at the hotel directly behind this restaurant, for a project in area. We ate at Gravity several times, and everything we ate was amazing. Great food, great beer selection, staff was always friendly and accommodating. I enjoy going here every time I can. Thank you.“
“My wife and I were looking for something a little different as we drove down Plainfield. We always like to go to small mom and pop's and Cafe Mamo hit the spot. The exterior is misleading, looking small, but the inside although not big, did seem roomy with many tables. We shared the pasta dish, it was simple but full of flavor. The rolls were soft and delicious with creamy butter. For dessert we enjoyed the cake and wow, it was a surprise with all it's wonderful tastes. Our service was warm and greeting. We enjoyed our entire experince.“
“Really loved the highback seats, the attention to keeping people safe and cleaned regularly. Menu was an Aztec barcode link so no multi handled menus. A class act. Just sorry we didn't come earlier. Will definitely go again. Have told all of our friends to go! The menu is so interesting it's hard to pick one thing. Always find something new and delicious to try. Update, have been here a few times now and totally love it. It is our go to place downtown.Parking: Parking is validated by the restaurant if you park in the Studio Park ramp“
“We wanted to try something different and made the trip out to the country. The farm is so cute. We did not eat and really just stopped in a for a drink. They had live music and that was a nice surprise. The place was packed. Very kid friendly and lots of families out on a Saturday night. The outdoor space has extra picnic style tables with umbrellas and we could hear the music from there as well. Not a huge beer selection but we found one we liked. The gift shop was small but cute. I liked the homemade jars of jams, salsa, etc. They also have a bakery and we bought some delicious donuts to bring home. Thelma and Louise were a big hit!“
“We had a wonderful time here! We were staying near by at a hotel and this was in perfect walking distance. We ended up going through the back door but it didn’t seem like that mattered. It was loud inside but I expected that with this place and it honestly made the vibe better. Food was top tier. Absolutely wonderful food. We each got a burger and split an order of cheese curds and those were addicting! Burgers were cooked perfectly and the sides were great. We tried the fries and the Mac and cheese. Both were great but I gotta give the win to the fries! I added a fried egg to my burger and it was also cooked exactly as I wanted and just made everything better.Service was great! All staff were attentive and quick with drinks, questions, etc,.10000/10Parking: Lots of parking in the back!“
“Super tasting food at prices that won't break your wallet. Met friends for dinner. Very busy, but it was Friday at 6pm. We were seated after 15 minutes. Our server, Tracy, took our drink order quickly. She has a great personality and was very personable! Food was hot and fresh. Drinks were great. Watched the owner helping to bus tables to get people seated faster. Other owners should make note of this. Will definitely be back!!!“
“Everything was good until the waitress came by to tell us, "It was getting busy."I'm not sure how I feel about it. We paid enough for a meal to be able to visit a bit after the meal.It was maybe 30 minutes. With the 3% service fee on all orders .. might re-think my choices.“
“The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. I had the mushroom crostini and the olive burger and they were both fantastic. My burger was cooked to order and was perfect! My only critique is one of my friends got the French onion soup, and it would have been better if the cheese was put under a broiler. Thanks for a great night!“
“The food was absolutely amazing. I could live off of the tomato bisque soup with the red bell peppers and the grilled cheese with the apples inside of it was absolutely amazing! Overall, this restaurant gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had in Grand Rapids. I will gladly come back here!“
“We had Pit Stop cater our wedding and it was the easiest decision we made in the wedding planning process. The food was incredible!!! Matt serviced at the wedding and he did an amazing job. All the guests were so impressed with the food and are still talking about it almost two months later. Thank you for everything!!“
“This is definitely one of the best hometown bars I have been to. We were "newbies" but still made to feel welcome. The staff was on top of everything and very friendly. Definitely looking forward to attending Chruch at the Birch on Sunday.“
“Leo's is consistently good. Whenever we want to be sure to get really good food, service and atmosphere we head here. We've recently tried some newer restaurants in the area and no comparison. Our server, T.J., was relaxed and on top of it, great service! We did notice the prices have gone up, but I think that's everywhere. Thanks for a great night.“
