Chapbook Cafe is a lovely oasis in the Schuyler Books store. We enjoy hanging out with friends or simply having a quiet place to read. The food was very good today. The help seemed overtired and harried. If you want to have a great place to mingle with friends, try them out.
Walked over from a nearby car shop to grab breakfast and get some work done. The menu is pretty simple and I went with a ham, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel and an orange juice. The staff was very friendly and my sandwich was ready within 5 minutes. The sandwich was pretty good and the bagel seemed fresh, although somewhat small. Good place for a meeting. Roomy and open space. Not crowded so feels like a private place even when it gets busy. Nice variety of food on the menu for whatever time of day you come.
