UPDATE: Since the team appears to care, here’s some feedback! I don’t know that there’s much you can do about the outdoor area (unless you own the plaza), but any decor/signage would make things more inviting as it currently feels half-abandoned. There are too many unnecessary signs on your windows, making the restaurant look/feel more like a convenience store than a dining venue. South Asian cuisine is quickly becoming one of my favorites and I have tried a little bit from so many restaurants, but Indian Masala is the gold standard. The chicken is always so tender, the daal so creamy, naan so soft and buttery - everything is so flavorful and executed so perfectly. Every time I am in Grand Rapids, Michigan this is my first stop.
