This past Friday my aunt took me to Bucci for the first time. It opens at 5pm, when I first walked in I was so excited because of the service. We walked in and the staff greeted us and was soooo nice. Lights dim, elegant vibe. We sat at the bar because we didn't have reservations, they were more than happy to seat us. Came for dinner with some friends who are regular customers. The staff knew our friends well and greeted them warmly. Our waitress was attentive and was did a good job. My rigatoni Bolognese was fine, but a bit salty. While we did not sit at the bar, it looks like a fun location as you can watch the staff cook your dinner.

It use to be be a favorite restaurant. After the renovations it has changed. I am stating from a top notch restaurant now everything has changed. Quality, wait staff, noise level. Everything was wrong when we went there. I know they have to factor cost and profit and this is what was best. Not for us, won’t be back
