Use to be a horrible place now that the new phone system takes your ordered he staff can't close before closing time the staff has no choice but to make your order and close at the time the store is suppose to
The staff was young... some may have been new HS grads... either way, with such a young staff, the service was slow and there were a lot of mistakes with orders! Some staff were inappropriately dressed... I guess since they were in the kitchen they didn't think they had to be dressed in standard uniform; however, the kitchen was open and I could see them clearly! My wait time was 40-mins and the young lady calling out the orders was bashful and no one could hear her voice over...read full review

I’ve been here half a dozen times or more. The chicken and shack potatoes are great, but the service is awful. The employees seem to move in slow motion and most of the time, they’re all in the kitchen, to include whoever is supposed to be dealing with customers up front. Very frustrating. I suspect employee turnover is high so ownership understandably doesn’t want to invest a lot of energy in training them.
