the chicken is OK but the service is bad especially the ladies who pick up the phone.The owner should either train people to be courteous, have a positive attitude and not yell in the phone OR hire people with good customer service experience.The restaurant is bengali owned and the bad service will put a bad name for the bengali community.In summary Please Lear to be courteous , polite and kind
When you call in your order, they tell you 15min. So you get there, expecting to pay, get your order and be gone - a process that shouldn't take more than 5min.NOT HERE! I called in 20pc catfish order told it would be ready in 15min. I wait 15min before I leave. I get there and paid. I looked back to the fryers the man is just putting my fish in!
