I've only been here once, but I received good service. They even saw my hands were full with a baby, and brought me my food. Minus one star because the play place needed to be swept out.
I love their food I don't eat their often ut when I do its always hot fresh n great . Employees were very friendly, food was ready in a timely manner. The floors were greasy and slippery to walk on, food was not hot, pickles were on the outside bottom bun of my hamburger in the wrapper. The uniforms of the workers were really dirty, but they were friendly.
