I have been to this location enough times now to give it a proper rating, I've never had old/stale food, it's always made to order, the staff seems to care about making sure your food is properly prepared and up to quality standards. This is a well run and managed establishment, only downside I would give is the hours, I wish it ran longer but that's a location decision.

We stopped at Arby's #06459 in Holland, MI. The food was great, but the shining star was the young woman who we think was the team leader. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name. She was out on the floor sweeping and as we entered around 115pm, she greeted us and came to the POS to take our order. As we enjoyed our lunch, she proceeded to clean up in the dining room and elsewhere, always busy. As we were leaving, she was cleaning the inside of where the garbage can goes! I go to Arby's periodically. Have always had great food and service. Tonight the food not so much and specially the bacon on my Roast Turkey Bacon Market Sandwich. They put BURNT bacon on it!! I'm happy to go without bacon instead of them trying to slide by burnt bacon on my sandwich Arby's. Shame on you!!
