First things first, the online is terrible. When choosing an option it doesn't record it. Some blame belongs to me for not rereading my order before handSecond issue is the notification when your food is done. It's non existent.Where are all the adults working here? I am so sad to report this...We are actually from Ohio not that far from Bob Evans farm. We have eaten at BE restaurants for 40+years in various areas of the country. This store used to be spotless.
