“My husband and I were in town for a Lion's game. I Googled "The best fish and chips in Detroit" The Fisherman's Net came up in my search, was close to our hotel, AND was already highly rated. This place will NOT disappoint, promise! No exaggeration, the best fried catfish, I've had since I was small.... Amazing!The owner, or I can only assume is the owner, was so sweet, accommodating and the food that man turns out, is out of this world!!! You will not be disappointed!”

“Awesome place, great service, great food. Being stuck next to the Marijuana dispensary and the liquor/gas station makes parking a mess and the lobby isn't very inviting. The guy running the place is super nice and answered all of my questions about types of fish and everything was delicious ? 9/10 would go again! “First time customer, will be back!! Placed an order via their platform to have delivered. The driver contacted me upon arrival to let me know food was here, I loved that! The food smelt amazing and looked amazing!! It was beyond delicious, almond chicken was crispy, golden brown, general Tao was good and spicy very spicy, the fried dumplings and the sauce was my favorite!! The brown gravy could be better but all in all this meal was the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time!”

“First I would like to say the food was freshly prepared in front of us & we had a bit of a wait, but for fresh food I will not complain about waiting!This was my first time here, the food looks nothing like the pictures, however it was very tasty, I was pleasantly surprised!The chicken is juicy, possibly the juiciest chicken I’ve had considering all of the chicken places on every corner & the asked if I wanted lemon pepper in my chicken too(yesss!!) the original sauce really brings out the Cajun flavors in the chicken and they compliment each other perfectly.The honey biscuits were sitting under the lamp for a while and not dripping in butter like I expected, I would probably ask for extra drizzle next time, but still had a nice crust and fluffy inside.The place is a bit run down, not organized & seemingly unclean, but it’s a gas station too, and that didn’t bother me much since I’ve lived in the area forever. I will definitely return!”

“Today November 5, 2023 I visited Moe’s fish and chicken of Wayne Michigan. First let me start by saying the food is delicious and cooked to perfection. The customer service is top-tier, and the owner gave me a tour of the place from the walk in refrigerator to the completely Organized back store. This establishment is immaculate. “Please keep making great pizza! A friend and I wanted to try something new we hadn't had before. I'd gotten a flyer for them. So we thought, let's give it a try. It was the best pizza I've had in a long time. They didn't skimp on the cheese, in fact, I asked him if he ordered it with extra cheese, he didn't. With prices being so high and COVID causing many business to sacrifice quality, they didnt. I wanted to leave them a positive review because I appreciate that and this is what we should do when there are positives (acknowledge them). I will be ordering from them again. Thank you.”

“I have not been in this place in years!! The service was great, the music was on point. i went for lunch. I ordered the fried chicken, mac n cheese and green beans. The chicken was fried excellently, the mac had a great flavor, the noodles were slightly overcooked; the green beans were tasty but again, slightly overcooked. I would return.”

“It was my first time getting captain Jay's. I got the cod combo. Fries are amazing, fish was nicely cooked and I liked the coleslaw. I felt like their menu was a little confusing (at the drive thru). I got the fish with the lemon pepper seasoning, which had nice flavor but was so powdery on top of the fish that I don't think I could recommend it or get it again.”

“Well let me first off say that I've lived in the area my whole life and have known about this place but never went there for dinner. Decided to try it and let me say it's not most definitely my favorite Italian restaurant in the area by far. The atmosphere, service and food are all five star. I can't even begin to say how good the drive is and the live do playing music is also a very nice touch. If you get a chance definitely check this place out!”

“Obsessed. I stop in here at least twice per week for my usual vanilla latte with oat milk, which I highly recommend. The freshly made treats are delicious. The artwork is always interesting and changes frequently enough that it's always worth a trip inside even though they have a super convenient walk-up window. The staff is always friendly and helpful and my drink comes out A+ without fail.”

While it wasn't terrible, it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of flavor and quality. Perhaps a bit more attention to the brewing process or sourcing of beans could elevate the coffee to match the excellence of the surroundings.Overall, I would rate Jabal 4 stars. “This is one place the entire family can agree on—the entire table shares each other’s meal. There’s enough variety for everyone whether we’re going meatless or not; the taste and portions are on point and drinks are plenty, especially non-alcoholic.We had the General Tso cauliflower and wings appetizers and the brussel sprout salad w/ na’an bread, cod fish sandwich and Korean tacos as our entrees. (Probably messed up the names but the pics speak for themselves. We smashed! )”
