Went in with my whole family hungry and ready for a meal and when I got my chicken it was incredibly dry to the point I couldn't finish my meal nor did my children. Still had to go home and cook dinner because we were so unsatisfied with our meal.
What happened to the quality of Buffalo wild wings? There should be no reason that food should be coming out cold ever in restaurant. I went in there with two other people and left after paying $72, not including the tip for cold food, and subpar service, and smaller than ever portions. I don't know if this is something new they're doing but I've decided that I'm not going to spend money there anymore.
