Although I love Chinese, and when in a buffet, a warm glow comes over me. This buffet has a couple of favorites of mine, like Peanut Chicken. The service is so, so. With that being said... You are at buffet, so having service that's lacking isn't a major hurdle. I would love to rank it higher, but it just feels like a half-hearted experience.
Great food and place to eat! I have an unplanned dine-in at New China Buffet in Jackson Mi. 8/26/2023. The service is really great very attentive to all customers. Very clean restaurant and great food at buffet table . I highly recommend this restaurant! ?

Ate lunch there on 12-11-23. Everything was very good with the food. There is a lot of choices to choose from. Very clean and kept up restaurant. Staff is very friendly and polite. One of the staff who was Ling was great. I highly recommend to go there.
