We love the Pretzel nuggets, but the last 2 times they were little burnt, and had no salt on them...and I went in to get some yesterday around 11:45am and there was none and the girl said the girl called in and she came in...and we have been there on other days, before and no one there, and customers told us that no one cane in, and it happens quite often...you better do something or you will be loosing more customers, you have the best pretzels we have ever had...not a good way...read full review
