My family absolutely loves Big Apple Bagel. We are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Their customer service has always been amazing. The restaurant is always clean. They have an amazing variety of bagels and cream cheese. We look forward to the summer when the kids can play outside and enjoy a bagel and coffee with our family and friends here. LOVE THEM!
There are still honest people on this planet! This morning a large amount of money fell out of my pocket as i was walking away from the cash register. The employees found the money, and it was instantly returned to me. They could have easily pocketed the money, and said nothing, but thank goodness for their honesty.

I took my 2 children there around noon last week and there was only one young man working in the entire building. He said someone had called in sick. He was very polite. He brought our food and drinks out to us on the patio. My drink was made hot and I had ordered frozen. When I brought it to his attention he remade it with a smile and brought it out to the patio again when he was done. To that young man, if you read this your customer service was fantastic!
