A couple of their little kids were running loose around the very full restaurant. They weren't being very loud, but I had to dodge out of their way while waiting to be seated, and again later when I was walking back to my table. Nobody at the table even seemed to be paying attention to the kids. This is the type of behavior I'd expect to see at a big buffet restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. “Just a lil small wait for multiple tables open to use, but understanding tho, some food over cooked, even lemon was multiple days old. Had to wait & ask for another fresher 1, got the garlic parm boneless wings & barely any flavor & beyond hard to eat due to over frying, but didn't bother to ask for anything different from the lemon situation. Ranch barely had flavor, was watered down, celery was hella brown frozen things. But all in all the other server & staff was great & French fries were epic, shrimp wasn't that bad either.“
“About two weeks ago I stopped in to Burdicks for dinner as i was in town on business.I had never been before and was not expecting much from a hotel restaurant.I was happily proven wrong.The atmosphere was great, it was fairly busy and a very jovial crowd was watching sporting events on the many televisions in the bar area where I was seated.I ordered the Herb crusted Salmon and it did NOT disappoint! And the asparagus accompanying it tasted as if it was picked fresh that day.As I was finishing up my meal and waiting for my bill the manager, Terry (I believe), came over to ask how my experience was.I told him I was very happy and surprised by how excellent the meal and atmosphere were. He thanked me profusely and welcomed me back next time I'm in the area. He was a very jolly fella and seemed very happy to be entertaining and catering to his patrons.All around a great experience and I look forward to my next visit to Burdicks.“

“Rude service. Forgot food from order. Wasn't able to then enjoy my food to go back to get what was missed asked to have the missing food replaced plus what I Wasn't able to eat. They gave me a hard time. We go here once to twice a week. Had to drive back there 10 mins plus gas and they gave me a hard time about 2 coneys I didn't get to eat because my son didn't have his food so I had to drive back there. Ridiculous. “We enjoyed our time here with our family sitting at one of the high tops. We stopped in specifically for dessert. Lots of laughs and good conversation. That said, my perception may be colored by good company. However, their desserts are pretty yummy, the place was clean, I was a teensy bit put off by the waitress, she was a little chilly towards us, but she did her job well and got us our food so, whatever. Overall good experience, would recommend.“
“The place was so cute and we were seated right away. The hostess was very nice. Our server greeted us immediately with waters and was also very nice. I ordered the country fried steak breakfast. It came with two eggs, two pieces of toast (their bread comes from a local bakery), and your choice of potato. I got the hashbrowns which were good, the steak was crispy and flavorful, and the sausage gravy was better than what you'll usually get. The eggs were cooked perfectly and oddly just tasted like better eggs. Definitely will be here again!“
