We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Fuze last Saturday evening. We started with cocktails. The Jitter Bug, a riff on a margarita featuring espresso infused tequila, was yummy and my husband's enjoyed an old fashion made with fig and almond infused bourbon. We each lapped up a small Greek salad and then moved on to entrees. I had the duck breast with Thai peanut noodle salad and my husband ordered the Wagyu burger. This place was amazing. Had the charcuterie to start, the server was very knowledgeable about the offerings and it was delicious. For entrees, I had the duck breast which was divine, the peanut noodles were perfect, veggies were fresh and crisp. My wife had the duck rillette for her entree, also amazing. Cocktails were great, this place is a definite yes in Kalamazoo.

Wagyu burger was good. Didn’t really like the rosemary fries. They were soggy and tasted weird. They offer local soda products which were delicious. Kitchen closed at 8:30. We arrived at 8:20 and they were nice enough to get our order in. You have to use your phone to scan the code to bring up the menu which sucked because I was in town visiting and barely had service. But atmosphere was great and we enjoyed all our meals.
