I understand most places are struggling with finding staff, but the drive-thru is closed most of the time. Therefore, you have to go inside and wait times are pretty long for pretty simple orders.
The lady who takes my order always gets five stars she loves my dog. The lady I think a manager in a red shirt today gets one star she seems very lazy. Refused to even take a drink out of my hand when it was wrong drink.
