Horrible experience. It's been horrible for the last many months. If you look on Yelp they're virtually no McDonald's in the West Michigan area that have a rating higher than 1.7 at least when I looked Burgers called off center and not well stocked fries were not great long wait times good coffee... the only thing I'll be buying there is an occasional coffee
Preordered through the app and they got it wrong. When the guy handed me one bag, I was waiting for the rest. He never said thank you or here's your order or good night, nothing just handed me the bag. I had to ask "is that it?". He said yes, I then asked him if he was sure because it was food for 3. Of course, when I got home, we were in fact, shorted fries and sauces for the tenders. BOOOOOOO Mc D's

buy lunch for My employees everyday. last 2 times at McD orders where prepared wrong or just missing. Went back to get correct food and still got one item wrong. won't answer phone. not wasting another trip. Dropping from lunch rotation until they get it. Please boycott until they fix this very fixable problem. Hurt their bottom line and they will listen.
