Our hamburgers were cold and not seasoned and overcooked. The french fries seem to be of the frozen variety and not hand cut fresh. They were also served cold and soggy. For what we paid and the quality that we were served we will not be returning. Worst napkins in the city.

Great food. Lousy packaging. I just spent 15$ for this combo to go. When I got home, the burger had fused with the bag it was in, and my burger came out with half the cheese stuck inside. I called and let them know about it, and they said they "maybe" will change it. The wings are nowhere as good as they were at the original Nonla. The fries have gone down a bit. I don't like when restaurants get more busy and slack because they have the potential to be one of the best burger places. Born in LA and having Inn and Out at my disposal was a privilege, but some locations do slump. They are the closest you will get to that burger on this side of the country. They also just need to add the right yellow chili's lol. The ones they got are yuck!
