The staff is always super friendly and it's like catching up with an old friend every time we patronize any of the jersey giant locations around Kalamazoo. “First time here, excited to come back again. No frills, fresh sandwiches, made fast, I ordered a large, which was a probably a little bigger than I needed to eat, but I finished every delicious bite. As good as the sandwich was, the macaroni salad is very boring, just some macaroni noodles, a lot of Gordon Food, service salad dressing, and a little bit of vegetables.“
“Been going here on and off since it opened. Food is good when they get the right order to you. DON'T order a couple days ahead. I did that and got it the same day. I didn't need it until a couple days later and the receipt said to not make it until said time of order. Yet I still got it early. I'm impressed with there food the last time I went it was tasty and worth it. I prefer Jimmy johns over subway. There subs are better. Idk what kinda bread they got but it's really good. Not super soft and mushy but yet not like a rock. When ever I go in the staff seems nice.“
“I love subway flavor. Especially the new spicy pickle chips! Thanks for keeping those around!The workers are always hit or miss. The last few times I've been in for my normal sub with way too many pickles and olives, the request has been met perfectly.As for the atmosphere, it's always fairly drab compared to the old authentic look I remember from childhood. Bring back authentic subway and do away with this modern nonsense.That said, I will be back. More than I should. Because subway is my weakness. I love you subway.Vegetarian options: As a meat eater with a vegetarian partner, I can't help but think veggie subs should be even cheaper. Without the protein, the subs cannot be nearly the same price. You are taking advantage of those who chose not to eat meat. Seems counterproductive but I get it, capitalism wins.That's my two cents.“

Only, problems I ever knew personally was that the had BAD LETTUCE FOR A FEW WEEKS ....that Caused ....FOOD POISONING.We went and got Sandwiches and Sick to the Hospital.Besides that...VERY ? “A few days ago, I went to pick up a pre-placed order for a lunch meeting. When I arrived, we discovered it was placed for the wrong day. Before I could even worry, the staff said no problem! Give us 15 minutes and we’ll knock it out for you. I was so relieved! They treated me so kindly even though there was an error. I really appreciated it.“
“I lived in the Chicago area for many years and was super stoked to try this place out. I got the Chicago dog and cheese fries. They totally hit the spot. I can’t wait to try the Italian beef and I really regret not getting the dessert special when I was there.The place is pretty small so not ideal for large parties and call ahead take out is a good idea. Every employee I encountered was friendly and the service was pretty quick. There were four orders ahead of me when I walked in and I didn’t have to wait too long for mine. I’ll definitely be enjoying more meals from here.“
