One person in front of me being helped as I waited for the employee in the back that was on her phone while the other employee repeatedly asked her to help me for a few minutes. (I was in a rush also) Out of turkey and cucumbers, both items my wife requested on her sandwich. Not a word or a smile from my sandwich artist (as subway referes to its employers). If you dislike your job find a new one. Sad experience. I will definitely try the next Subway down the road.
Was only one worker and she had a sling while working through tears, apparently she has a hernia in her disk and decided to come to work out of fear of being fired, my son and I felt bad for her and told her to take her time and that it was okay, we made sure she did not exert herself with sandwich making, she did well and feel she deserves a raise and paid time off to heal, her name is Alicia and she deserves an excellent compliment from everyone when you visit here

I had a decent experience here several times, but if you're advertising that you're open until 9pm and your closed at 8:35 pm, that's tacky! I drove out of my way to eat here: that time and fuel was wasted!
