I absolutely loved meeting one of the roasters at Water Street Roasters, Seth, and hearing about his trip this year to Costa Rica. It was so interesting to see the small coffee farms they visited, learn about the different ways to process the coffee, and discover more about this coffee region, as well as trying some just roasted coffee from the area.
