“Sandwiches are always delicious and hit a spot that I never knew needed to be hit. The service could be better but it's set up like a fast food joint so the people there are there to feed you and move to the next person, no complaints there. The overall dining area could be cleaned up better, but let's be honest they're cleaning their dining area just as much as other fast food joints. Overall there's nothing special about this location, but the food is worth getting a 16" sandwich for leftovers, and then eating the whole thing anyway because you have no self control“

“It's great on all fronts.I tried their chicken sandwich for the first time and I have to say, it's as good as people say it is. Both the flavor and crispy outer shell work together. Not a fan of their fries though, they were a bit too bland.Their original sauce is the winner though and definitely makes their fries shine.The restaurant is very clean and has a nice decor, also real flowers ?!The staff was very friendly and helpful.“
“As im sitting in the subway parking lot, im feeling really bad for an employee. The supervisor seems frustrated with his day, as all can be, however decided to reprimand his colleague in an absolute disgusting tone. I could see the embarrassment flush in her face and felt terrible. Employees make mistakes, but as a supervisor you should never reprimand an employee like that in front of customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if the poor lady quits. I know I would. The gentleman who made my order was also kind, and I asked him to pass along my words of encouragement to her to hopefully make her feel less embarrassed . If you were working and leaving around 5:45 and see this ma’am, truly don’t let him get to you. “First time trying Culver's. I was instantly greeted upon entry, very nice staff, and I dont get this very often makes ya feel special. The food was really damn good . I did not have a long wait and was served hot and fresh. First, let me say the fries were so good an hot. My wife and I had butter burgers. They were some of the best burgers I've had in a long time the reuben was very good as well, and I definitely will be coming back I heard they have great fish too“
“Evidently the Manager thinks on line orders for people who aren't even there are more important than in person orders. We were told we would have to wait for food when the tray was full! I felt bad for the staff. Manager in the back was not handling the situation very well! Need to fix this!“
“I worked at 1 out in Muskegon. Heigit was fire for no reason. And I worked at the one and lancet Michigan and I was fired for no reason but what I will tell you. Was they eat a bunch of free food and won't give you free food as a employee, but after a while, they free loan off of it morning, you in a way and kept lying in a sand that was paying for it? “One of the last old school drive thru/walk-up experiences you will find in Lansing. For decades this location has been the "Winter is over!" landmark that symbolizes an end to cold and freezing weather. Staff has always been top notch, and seems to be a continuous source for teens foyer to the labor market. Even when busy, this DQ acts as a melting pot for the south side, as people from all walks of life mingle as they await their preferred treat. I sincerely hope it is still here when my children turn 16 and could experience everything this place has to offer.“
“I have had good service the several visits I have made in the last few years at this location. A couple items that are not often mentioned are the delicious fish dinner. In the picture is the 2 piece. There is also the 3 piece. Crispy flaky delicious fish. The only fault in this dinner is it is getting quite pricey for a fast food restaurant. I considered 4 stars based on that, but still gave them 5. The other item to try is the double Mushroom Swiss Burger, but add sauteed onions to it! Put a little mayo on it, delicious!“
“I’ve never seen them out of gluten-free buns and I’ve seen them change gloves for me (even if they can’t promise a pure gluten-free experience). My go to is the Italian and it fills me for the entire day. Never had a disappointing sandwich from here. Workers are giving it their all and very welcoming when I was in. Some days recently they have been app only orders, but it’s still a nice way to get rewards.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free Udi bun. Cross contamination happens, but the Italian it gluten free, as well as hook n ladder, and cheesesteak. I haven’t tried any others, but I know the meatball is not“

I carefully unwrapped one end as I didn’t want any unfolded mistakes to drop onto my well kept $12 joggers from Shein. When I took the first unmindful bite, I was immediately blown away by the flavor and freshness of what I was consuming. Becoming very present, I was mesmerized by the string of cheese from my mouth to the burrito.I was so taken back that I forgot I was driving a vehicle. I veered into the turn lane and came back to consciousness just in enough time to not hit the vehicle in front of me. Heart racing and life flashing before my eyes, things started to fall into perspective. We are here to help one another.That being said, there is multiple times where I’ve had enough gangster in me to text and drive and I’ve never almost lost it like I did with this mind blowing $2.79 burrito. “I like Popeyes chicken wings, so I got a variety of sauces. It's expensive to eat anywhere these days and I'm still a bit surprised at times with cost. I thought the wings and fries were really good; it's fast food, so atmosphere is what I expected. Service was good, no disappointment there. My wife had the spicey sandwich and really liked it.“

“On a typical college town Saturday night at 1AM, the line was growing, and I also noticed the mobile order ticket queue growing as well. The team behind the counter was absolutely cool as cucumbers and extremely friendly. Despite being flooded with orders with less than an hour before closing, their attention to detail for every order they made by hand was impressive as heck. My pizza was absolutely delicious as well.
