The food is almost always cold. The burgers are dry and taste like every other Mickey's D burger that I've had over the last 40 years. Where are the new juicier patties that McDonald's has been promoting. THERE ARE NOTHING BUT DRY BURGERS AT THIS STORE.
Every time I've gone to this McDonald's and get a burger there's literally a DOT of mustard, no onions at all. Behind the counter where the food is bagged was dirty, things looked like they were dropped and just left there. Tonight I gave them 1 more chance. Checked my burger before walking out the door 1small dot of mustard and no onion at all. Went back and talked to the manager, got new ones. They were cold, 1 pickle, 2 dots of mustard and less ketchup than the first one...read full review

Waited for over 25 min in drive thru. Food was warm but not hot. Must of been sitting on a shelf or warm plate for a while. French fries were not fresh either. You would think with the price hike on the food and the extreme pay rate for employees that the food could be hot and fresh.
