Penn Station is my absolute favorite place to get a cheesesteak. I found this chain while living in Cincinnati 25 years ago, and while I can't get it as often here in Michigan, I stop whenever I can. The food is good. I'm partial to their chicken teriyaki sub & fries (and did I mention the yummy cookies). But have to tell you the service at this location (W. Saginaw Hwy) was even better than the food! It's nice to feel like a welcomed guest. Will absolutely be back!

When I walked in there was a father and daughter in front me. Their order was taken and then the lady started getting there stuff without greeting or saying a word to me. After that she came back and took my order. The food is decent but it took 15 minutes to get and it's pricey for what you get. I paid 19.00 for a regular sub, medium fry and medium drink.
