We used to go here all the time, but it's probably been a couple years since we last ate inside. The kiosks definitely change the atmosphere. They're relatively easy to use, though we were confused at first about how to pour our drinks since you need to scan your receipt first. It also immediately asks for a tip, even though there aren't any wait staff or other employees interacting with you. Food is excellent and the place itself was clean. The service though, what is going on with this place?Friday night, 7:30pm, we roll up to a line at the drive-thru. We wait 10 minutes, someone gives up and leaves. We wait another 20 minutes, someone else leaves. Another 20 minutes, we finally give up and leave. The service, I personally do not like using the self-serve kiosk - cost a couple stars..I did take out, didn't really look around.I did how ever use the washroom facilities, the floor heading that way was sticky, and the washrooms needed servicing..Was unable to say anything, when my food was brought out, the person who brought it out disappeared just as fast ..
