“Of all the places in Lansing, Sushi Moto has the most to offer, great and numerous authentic Japanese dishes, well prepared, nice cozy atmosphere, and a great wait staff. It may be smaller compared to the other places in Lansing but you can't beat the quality, service, and atmosphere.“
“Definitely one of my favorite spots around the mall. Everything I've had has been tasty, and you can definitely eat your money's worth for the all you can eat option.Yakitori's a personal favorite and I don't think I've ordered a round of food without one any of the times I've gone.“
“As someone who finds it hard to eat an entire sushi roll, AND finds it hard to fit a full piece in my mouth, I absolutely love that they have small rolls available!! I always get the small spicy crab roll and it's the perfect size. The inari is amazing, too! :)“
“Typical hibachi place, though their combo offerings are above average. Prices are reasonable, my only complaint is the soup…not a fan. It could be better with just some simple beef broth, onions, and a few rice noodles. Instead, it is cloudy broth with maybe tofu? It might be good for some, but it reminds me of water from a third world canal.“
“We go to all the sushi places in the Lansing area and this is probably the best. Honestly they’re all good but this one always has softer but energetic music playing, the staff is always friendly, the atmosphere and lighting are always on point and the food is mouth watering. We’re vegetarians but are able to find plenty of options to fill our tummies. We also brought the in-laws here once and they were like, “why don’t we ever go to cool places like this?”“
“Lovely atmosphere and amazing service. I was so pleasantly surprised that they served matcha mochi ice cream!! The sashimi, and agedashi were phenomenal. The chicken teriyaki was soooo filling!! Highly recommend! Speedy, friendly, and so yummy!!“
“Recent dinner was very slow, but good. Garlic edamame, house salad, and miso soup very good. Sashimi sampler and stop drop roll were solid. Bibimbap and bulgogi were flavorful. Unfortunately the Food was great, but overshadowed by glacially slow service throughout the meal - not just the fresh sushi prep that is expected.“
“Felt like we stumbled across a hidden gem. The atmosphere was very welcoming; the owner made connections with each of his customers while we dined in. The food was phenomenal, and I continue to dream of the seafood pancake to this day. Everything was amazing, Thai tea, Kim chi (seriously, I don't even normally like Kim chi, but yum! ) & beef noodles. Cute place.“
“My sister was a regular at this restaurant when she attended MSU. She let me know to check it out and I have to say the food did not disappoint. The spicy tuna roll tempura and the crunchy munch 2 we're amazing. The chefs were unable to cash me out due to a language barrier, but once the cashier was available I was able to get my food and leave in order to enjoy it ?!! I look forward to my next trip back to Lansing and of course this restaurant. I may dine in next time.“
“Of all of the sushi restaurants in the Lansing area, AI Fusion is the one I frequent the most often. Their Monday special of 25% off of the total bill can't be beat.During our last visit, we enjoyed the spicy tuna poppers, Me Soy Hungry roll, & Red Fire Roll.Definitely worth a visit.“
“This place has really good sushi at a very reasonable price. I had the tempura appetizer and DJ roll. They were both delicious and HUGE. I had enough left over to take home for another meal! Parking can be found behind the building, either in a pay lot. parking garage or street parking.“
“I loved this place until I got this bowl (see photo). I ordered a pickup but didn’t notice that the store was closing soon, and ended up picking up 40 min after they closed ( the online order receipt said the order would be ready after their business hours actually, but I did arrive late so it’s my bad anyway). I really appreciated that this staff waited for me while closing the store. However, I was very disappointed when I opened the box. It seemed they ran out of many items (including the proteins) and made my bowl without any replacement items.“
“I went to eat by myself as I was staying overnight for work. I walked in and was greeted by the host. I was able to be seated immediately at the bar. The restaurant had a very nice ambiance and I don't think it would have mattered where I sat as the wait staff seemed to be very attentive to everyone. I ordered miso soup which came out fairly quickly. I then ordered a sushi roll. Both were wonderful! I would definitely return as it was great food and service!“
“The first time I went there frankly the food wasn't very great. This was my second visit and it was every bit as entertaining as the first time I was there but after some drinking with friends, the company was very good, the "floor show" (cooking) was very entertaining and the food was VERY good this time, albeit I was mildly intoxicated at that point. It's a great place to eat with friends or family, terrific staff and talented chefs.“
“Everything thing I've eaten here is great: tempura, spring rolls are nice small size, delicious variety if sushi. Great prices. Clean, minimalist dining room. Takes a little while for the food but it's all freshly made and worth it!Dietary restrictions: My daughter is pregnant and we asked they use clean gloves and surface to make California roll so no contact with seafood. They were very accommodating.“
