I absolutely love tropical smoothie Cafe this one however was on the iffy side for me just because our drinks were watered down quite a bit compared to other locations that we got it from but the acai bowls or any of the tropical bowls are really good and I highly recommend
This place is the best. The staff remember my order, their great people giving really good service to their products. I go there daily Mon thru Friday, and they treat me AWESOME!!!!

This is W. Saginaw location only. More than once we received the wrong food. There does not seem to be any direction or management there, very slow service. Food was ordered online for 4:18 pick up, 4:50 & my husband is still waiting, whilst he watches one of our drinks get spilled & have to be remade, which took forever. Ice cold food...never again ...
