Took 5 minutes for someone to even come on the drive through speaker to take our order. We said hello multiple times and nothing. No other cars in the drive through and no one in the dining room - it was literally just us getting food. Worker didn’t even say hello until we were pulling away.
40 mins in line for a burger and fries….. are you trying to maximize profits by hiring 1 cook? I wasted more in gas then my entire meal. Fire every employee cause I literally watched 15 cars get In line then leave, that has to be a huge loss of money. This is a bad process and management problem. Stop hiring mfs without a HS education.

Terrible Wendy's to go to! They attempted to over charge and couldn't explain how they were charging $7.30 for a coupon I had for $5.99. Looks like they are letting the premises get run down.
