It's the little things that matter! I've been here 3x so far. The skillet dishes are cooked so the individual components are still firm and not mushy. This is a little thing that is big because a lot of places cook everything together so you get one flavor! Here the peppers, potatoes and other components are cooked just right and most likely not combined till they're put on the plate. This is a nice spot. Please note that it's a small place & fills up quickly. Get your name on the list during busy times! I've only tried the omelettes, but there's one thing worth mention. You get reasonable size portions. The omelette comes on a rectangular plate. The hashbrowns are nestled next to it. The food's not hanging off the plate. You don't feel like you're feeding at a trough. Tables are cleared quickly and the restaurant appears very clean.

Madison was a phenomenal server!! She welcomed us with a great attitude and was very personable, kind, and attentive. My brother and his wife traveled here from Ohio for the Easter weekend and we plan on making this our go-to spot for our visits! Food was 10/10.
